Terms & Conditions

  • Clients are responsible for all medical bills for and during any Relapse.
  • Clients are responsible for all travel costs and coordination to and from the facility.
  • Relapse admission is subject to bed availability.
  • Relapse services are limited to only the original substance/addictions.
  • Client’s Relapse Program will be tailored to the Client’s needs and circumstances, however will notinclude Sauna Services. They are limited to detox and custom recovery actions.
  • Client’s number of Relapses are limited to two in the term of the plan.
  • A reduced cash price is offered for all plan payments made in full prior to the clients discharge.

Recurring Billing Plans

I understand that services sold are based on a membership plan and billing may occur automatically based on the program signed up for.

By agreeing to the purchase I am also agreeing to continued membership and automatic billing and/or payments as agreed to in the purchase.

Rates

I understand that rates are subject to change at any time.

Note: The company will do it’s best to notify clients in the event of a price change.

Refund Policy

I understand and agree that all sales are final and fully earned at the time of sale.

Note: If, for some reason, you feel a refund should be given, i.e. substandard service, accidental purchase, no service, etc. A letter sent to the following will be considered and you will get a reply postmarked within 15 days.

Charge Backs

Note: The federal Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) entitles consumers to issue disputes for any billing error. Billing errors can include unauthorized transactions, non-delivery of the item, item delivered not as described or defective, and failure to post payments/credits for returns.
