It is legal and socially acceptable to a point.  Alcohol abuse is also prevalent.  The person drinks to the point of unconsciousness, or has blackouts, unable to recall the events of the night before, has tremors when they don’t drink, acts irrationally, can’t function socially or productively.  Can’t go a day without going into withdrawals- the list goes on.  That person has a serious problem and needs help. They may be in denial and unable to admit to there own condition. However, denial can be deadly.

When I first started the Sauna Detox Program I could barely concentrate on anything. My body was always tired and achy and I was still physically craving drugs.
